Installing an eSIM on your device is simple and quick. Follow these steps to get connected:
Step 1: Check Device Compatibility
Before you begin, make sure your device is eSIM-compatible. Most modern smartphones and tablets support eSIMs, but it's always good to verify.
- iPhone: iPhone XS, XR, and newer models.
- Android: Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and other recent devices.
Step 2: Purchase and Receive Your eSIM
After purchasing an eSIM from our store, you’ll receive an email with your eSIM details, including a QR code, within minutes.
- Open the email on your device.
- Locate the QR code for scanning.
For iOS 17.4 or Newer Devices: You can use the “iOS Install Link” in the email you receive after your purchase. By clicking this link on your iOS 17.4 or newer device, you'll be taken directly to the eSIM install screen, bypassing the need for the QR code. You can skip Step 3 if you are using this link. Please note that this link will not work on non-iOS devices.
Step 3: Add the eSIM to Your Device
Now, you’ll need to install the eSIM profile on your device.
For iPhone:
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.
- Scan the QR code provided in the email, or use the “iOS Install Link” if applicable.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Once added, your eSIM should be ready for use. You can rename the plan if desired.
For Android (e.g., Samsung Galaxy):
- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager > Add mobile plan.
- Select Add using QR code.
- Scan the QR code from the email.
- Follow the prompts to finish setting up the eSIM.
For Google Pixel:
- Go to Settings > Network & internet > + > Mobile network.
- Scan the QR code provided in the email.
- Complete the setup following the on-screen instructions.
Step 4: Activate Your eSIM
Once installed, your eSIM should activate automatically. If not:
- Restart your device.
- Ensure you’re connected to Wi-Fi during the activation process.
Step 6: Test Your Connection
Once activated, test your connection:
- Turn off Wi-Fi to check the cellular data connection.
- Browse the internet to ensure everything is working correctly.

How do eSIMs work for travel roaming?
Our travel roaming eSIMs work by providing you with a local mobile network connection while you are traveling abroad. Instead of purchasing a physical SIM card in each destination, you can simply download and activate the eSIM for your desired destination. This allows you to stay connected and enjoy data without the hassle of changing SIM cards.
How do I purchase an eSIM from eSimNow?
To purchase an eSIM from eSimNow, simply browse our collection of available destinations and select the eSIM that matches your travel plans. Add the eSIM to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download and activate your eSIM. The email should arrive within 5-10 minutes.
Can I use eSimNow eSIMs with any device?
eSimNow eSIMs are compatible with a wide range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and laptops that support eSIM technology. However, it is important to check the compatibility of your specific device before purchasing an eSIM. You can usually find this information in your device's settings or by contacting the manufacturer.
What happens if I change my device?
If you change your device, you will need to purchase a new eSIM for your new device. eSimNow eSIMs are not transferable between devices, as they are tied to the specific hardware of the device on which they are activated. Make sure to check the compatibility of your new device before purchasing a new eSIM.
What is the validity period of eSimNow eSIMs?
Currently valid for 180 days prior to activation. After activation, the plan is valid for the length of the plan.
What is your refund policy for your eSIMs?
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for eSimNow eSIMs once they have been activated. However, if you encounter any issues with your eSIM activation or usage, please contact our customer support and we will be happy to assist you.
What are your best priced countries?
We offer competitive prices in various countries and regions like Philippines, Taiwan, Ghana, India, Tunisia, Japan, and China.
Can I reinstall an eSIM after it is already deleted from a device?
Yes our eSIMs CAN be reinstalled from the same QR code they were installed with, in the case they were deleted. They cannot, however, be transferred to another device.
Can I see a plan’s data usage statistics after purchasing?
Yes, a plan's data usage and remaining validity can be looked up through the URL received in the email following your purchase (containing the eSim profile and QR code).
